How long does it take?
It depends on what your business needs. We confirm it in writing after the diagnosis.
How much does it cost?
The first conversation is free. After that we give you the cost in writing, in stages: first the diagnosis and the plan, and then the implementation, with a defined scope. If the budget falls short, we adjust the scope to what fits.
Does my team need to know about technology?
No. We explain everything in the language of your business, and training is done with your team, at their pace.
What other payments should I consider?
The tools that get adopted have their own cost. You pay it directly from your account or, if you prefer, by purchasing through us. If we have a discount with any of them, we tell you before you sign.
What's included and what's not
Do you build websites, stores or systems?
This service is for your business to adopt tools and build its flows and processes. If what you need is a website, a store or a custom system, we quote it separately.
Which tools do you work with?
With whatever your business needs. One of them is Kommo, a CRM for organizing the sales made through WhatsApp and Instagram. On our partners page we explain what each tool is for and when it fits.
How long does the support last?
It depends on what gets adopted and on your team. We define it in writing in the plan, before starting, so you know what it includes and when it ends. If you need more afterwards, extended support plans are available.
Can you show my project in your portfolio?
Yes. All our projects can be used in our portfolio, except those under a confidentiality agreement or that you decline for a legal reason.
After delivery
What is follow-up?
After delivery, we reach out from time to time to ask how it's going and see if you need anything else. You don't have to ask for it. If you need constant help or changes, extended support plans are available.
Do you have extended support plans?
Yes, for any of our services. You can purchase an extended support plan so we keep supporting you. We explain it and give you the cost in writing, according to the scope of your project.
